Summer Professional Development and Endorsement Course - Physical Geology 2017

Physical Geology: 

Description: This course will focus on learning and teaching physical geology and matter.  This week long course will include inquiry style learning with methods to reach and engage students in the study of physical geology.  Fabulous daytime hikes and viewing opportunities occur each day of the course.

IMPORTANT COURSE INFORMATION:

• 3 semester hours UVU credit is included.
  
• Overnight accommodation and Meals will be provided for all participants.
• You will need to arrive at Capitol Reef UVU Field Station on Sunday Evening June 25th and the course will end early afternoon of June 29th.

Registration Costs are to cover the course instructor, meeting location(s), supplies, college credit recording fee, housing and meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner during stay).  NOTE: If you are not a current member of USTA you can renew your membership or join the Utah Science Teachers Association today ($6-10/year) and save $250 on your registration costs.  To join today, CLICK HERE.
